Everything has a fallback

Every generative or data-driven element ships with a pre-rendered version that looks deliberate rather than broken. If the feed dies, the show continues and nobody in the room knows.

We also freeze content a full day before load-in. Late changes go into a separate cue, never into the main timeline.
