Pace before polish

We block a keynote like a film: where the audience leans in, where they get a breath, where the reveal lands. Only then do we style anything.

The most common change we make is subtraction. A build that reveals one line at a time beats a dense board every time, because it lets the speaker own the room instead of competing with the screen.
